Refund policy
Due to personalized nature of majority of the products, Banaav has a strict no exchange or refund policy across the website.
If there is any genuine case for exchange of a non-personalized product, please contact Customer Service at banaavindia@gmail.com within 3 working days of receiving your order & we will handle these exchanges on a case-by-case basis.
In the case where we have approved an exchange for an order, the customer will be required to ship the product back to Banaav at the address provided by the Customer Service department within 3 working days. Please ensure the product is returned in its complete packaging to be eligible for an exchange. Once we have received and examined the product, a replacement will be couriered out to you. If we are unable to replace the item due to a size not being available or the item being out of stock, we will provide you with a discount code that can be used against any future purchase on www.banaavindia.com.
All shipping costs associated with any return or exchange will be the responsibility of the customer.
In the event that a product reaches damaged, please contact Customer Service at www.banaavindia.com within 3 working days along with images of the damaged product and we will help you out.
In any case, Banaav shall not entertain any complaints after 3 working days, once the order is delivered.
